Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
    1 tbsp sliced green onions
    1 tbsp spicy bean paste (doubanjiang)
    4 oz ground pork
    Splash of Shaoxing wine
    Splash of black vinegar
    1 package frozen udon noodles
    1 silken tofu

Instructions

  1. In an oiled pan over medium heat, sauté garlic and green onions.
  2. Add spicy bean paste and stir.
  3. Add ground pork and cook, breaking it into small bits.
  4. Add a splash of Shaoxing wine and black vinegar.
  5. Boil frozen udon until just tender, then drain.
  6. Blend silken tofu until smooth and creamy.
  7. Assemble: noodles, pork, and tofu.
  8. Mix well and enjoy!
