- 1 lbs ground pork
- 1 lbs ground beef
- 3 green onion, finely minced
- 3 slices ginger, finely minced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 4 large napa leaves, finely chopped and drained
- 1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)
- 2-3 packages gyoza skins
- soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar to taste
Instructions
- Make Filling Thoroughly mix filling ingredients together
- Fill Wrappers Place filling on gyoza skins with a spoon, with finger add water to half of the edge and crimp top to press closed.
- Fry Fry prepared gyoza in oil until bottom is nice and brown. Add a couple of Tbsp. of water to create steam. Cover pan, lower heat and steam until done (2-3 min.)
- Serve Mix dipping sauce and serve.
