1 lb.brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half

1 tbsp.extra-virgin olive oil 

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper 

Pinch crushed red pepper flakes 

Juice of 1/2 lemon 

1 tbsp.honey

1 tbsp.red wine vinegar

2 tsp.Dijon mustard

1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add brussels sprouts and oil and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper fl akes. Toss around to coat brusselssprouts well.
  2. Add brussels sprouts to basket of air fryer, working in batches as needed, and cook at 380° for 18 minutes, stopping and tossingbrussels in basket halfway through.
  3. Meanwhile, make dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, vinegar, mustard, and garlic. Season with saltand pepper.
  4. Add cooked Brussels sprouts back to a medium bowl and pour dressing over and toss to combine.

Cook Time: 20 minutes
