Ingredients

5 Eggs
Hot/cold water
1 cup + 3 tablespoons of Sugar
1 cup of Cake Flour
Fruit
16mL Heavy Whipping Cream
Vanilla Extract
Cooking Paper
Wax Paper

Instructions

  1. Divide egg whites and egg yolks. 
  2. With a hand beater, beat the egg
    whites until firm peaks. 
  3. Add 40-50 grams of sugar and beat again.
  4. Put yolks over a bowl of hot water and add 40-50 grams of sugar and beat.
  5. Put egg yolks into the egg whites and a few drops of vanilla extract
    and stir. 
  6. Sift flower in a bit at a time. 
  7. Stir until smooth. 
  8. Add a tablespoon and a half of milk and stir. 
  9. Lay cooking paper on a pan and pour the dough onto it. 
  10. Smooth surface and drop a few time to release air bubbles. 
  11. Bake in oven for 20 min at 340F. 
  12. Cut fruits. 
  13. Make decorations. 
  14. Remove pan from oven. 
  15. Pour heavy whipping cream into a bowl. 
  16. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar.  
  17. Beat until the cream forms stiff peaks. 
  18. Divide the cream into 2.
  19. Remove batter from paper. 
  20. Add syrup to the top. 
  21. Divide the cake into long even strips. 
  22. Place whipping cream on top evenly. 
  23. Add fruits and roll the batter into the cake. 
  24. Cover cake with remaining whipped cream and anything else.
