Ingredients
- 10 dried shiitake mushrooms
- 1/4 pound imitation or canned crabmeat, shredded
- 1/4 pound cooked bay shrimp
- 1/4 pound cooked scallops, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup nori furikake (Japanese seasoned seaweed mix)
- Korean nori
Instructions
Soak mushrooms in water until soft; squeeze out excess water, then chop caps.
In a mixing bowl, combine mushrooms, crabmeat, shrimp, scallops, sour cream, and mayonnaise..
Place cooked rice in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan; sprinkle furikake over rice.
- Top with the crabmeat mixture.
- Broil for 8 to 10 minutes, or until browned.
- Spoon into Korean nori and serve.
