  • 1 lbs ground pork
  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 3 green onion, finely minced
  • 3 slices ginger, finely minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 4 large napa leaves, finely chopped and drained
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)
  • 2-3 packages gyoza skins
  • soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar to taste

Instructions

  1. Make Filling                                     Thoroughly mix filling ingredients together
  1. Fill Wrappers                                    Place filling on gyoza skins with a spoon, with finger add water to half of the edge and crimp top to press closed.
  1. Fry                                                          Fry prepared gyoza in oil until bottom is nice and brown. Add a couple of Tbsp. of water to create steam. Cover pan, lower heat and steam until done (2-3 min.)
  1. Serve                                                      Mix dipping sauce and serve.
